2004's
Miller-Meteor Reunion was a huge hit with the
professional car crowd as attendees toured two current coach
manufacturers and the previous plants of Miller and Meteor, and the
combined Miller-Meteor.
2007's Miller-Meteor Reunion was held in conjunction
with Piqua, Ohio's Bi-centennial Anniversary Celebration. A
prominent part of Piqua's heritage, the professional cars (and a
boat, too!) were featured in the events of the weekend and in the
parade on Saturday afternoon.
2009's Miller-Meteor Reunion
The Reunion attendees marked the 30th anniversary of the closing of
Piqua's Miller-Meteor plant in the first days of September, 2009,
and participated in Piqua's Heritage Festival.
2010's Miller-Meteor Book Launch
held in downtown Piqua -- the Home of Miller-Meteor -- to celebrate
the publication of the only book on Miller, Meteor, and
Miller-Meteor professional cars ever written. Author Thomas
McPherson was on hand to autograph books. |
